This policy explains what information TAR collects through this website, why it is collected, how long it is kept and what you can ask TAR to do with it. It is written to be understood rather than to be legally impressive.

Who this policy covers
This policy applies to Teddy Asset Renewal (TAR), Warehouse 3, Industrial Area 5, Near JNP Chowk, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and to this website.

What TAR collects
TAR collects only what you choose to send:
- Enquiry form details — the fields you complete on the supplier, buyer, HDD intake or general enquiry forms. Which fields are required is shown on each form.
- File uploads — any photographs, inventory lists or documents you attach.
- Direct messages — the content of emails, WhatsApp messages and calls you initiate.
This website does not use advertising trackers, does not sell data, and does not build visitor profiles.
How TAR uses it
Information you submit is used to respond to your enquiry and to carry out any business relationship that follows from it. That is the whole purpose. TAR does not sell, rent or trade your details, and does not add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.
Files you upload
Uploads are restricted to image, PDF, CSV and spreadsheet formats. Executable files are rejected. Uploaded files are stored outside the public area of the website and are never displayed on this site — including uploaded SVG files, which are never rendered inline.
How long it is kept
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain any resulting business relationship, and for as long as required for legitimate business records afterwards. If you would like your details removed, ask and TAR will remove what it is not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask TAR to tell you what it holds about you, correct it, or delete it. Send the request to teddy@teddyasset.com from the address you used to contact TAR, or from an address TAR can reasonably verify.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS. TAR applies server-side validation to submitted forms, restricts upload types and sizes, stores uploads outside the web root, and limits submission rates to reduce automated abuse. No system is perfect, and TAR will not claim otherwise.
Third parties
This website loads a web font service and an animation library from public content delivery networks. Those providers may log the request as part of delivering the file. No enquiry data is shared with them.
Messages you send via WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp's own terms, not TAR's.
