Editorial Policy

Editorial policy

TAR publishes information about a market where vague claims are common and expensive. This policy sets out how content here is produced, so you can judge how much weight to give it.

Who writes this content

Content on this website is written by TAR — Teddy Asset Renewal — from operational experience: what actually arrives, what actually sells, and what actually goes wrong.

TAR does not invent author personas, credentials, biographies or headshots. Where content is attributed, it is attributed to the business, because that is who wrote it.

The standard every page must meet

Before a page is published it must satisfy all of the following:

  • It answers a real question people ask, with a direct answer in the opening paragraph.
  • It contains information TAR can support from its own operations — not a rewrite of someone else's page.
  • It states limitations honestly, including where TAR is not the right partner.
  • It carries a unique title, description and clear purpose.
  • It passes a claims audit against the standards below.

What TAR will not publish

  • Certifications, accreditations or approvals TAR does not hold.
  • Claims of guaranteed compliance, certified destruction or official partnership.
  • Public payment terms. Commercial arrangements are individual and private.
  • Reviews, testimonials, client logos, awards or partnerships that have not been given and verified.
  • Statistics, carbon figures or diversion rates TAR cannot evidence.
  • Superlatives such as largest, best or guaranteed.
  • Guest posts, sponsored content or paid links.

Where this website contains a component designed for evidence of this kind, it is left visibly empty rather than filled with placeholder material.

Review and correction

Every page carries a last-reviewed date. Pages are reviewed when the underlying practice changes and on a periodic basis otherwise.

If you find something on this site that is wrong, tell us at teddy@teddyasset.com and it will be corrected rather than defended.

AI systems and this website

This website is built so that search engines and AI answer systems can understand TAR accurately: content is present in the initial HTML, structured data matches what is visible on the page, and answers are written to remain correct when quoted out of context.

TAR does not use cloaking, hidden text, prompt injection, fabricated structured data or any other technique intended to manipulate a search or AI system. If an AI system describes TAR, the aim is that the description is simply accurate.
